Tuna bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna 100g (can replace with cooked salmon)

  • 1 can of corn 50g

  • 2 TBSP sriracha

  • 2 TBSP mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • Salt and pepper

  • White rice

  • (Optional) Seaweed

  • (Optional) Kimchi

  • (Optional) Avocado

  • (Optional) Sesame seeds

  • (Optional) Chili flakes

Directions

  • Cook rice for 2 people in a pot

  • Add the drained tuna and corn in a pan and turn up the heat to medium. Just warm through, about 5 minutes. This can also be done in a microwave.

  • Add soy sauce, mayonnaise, sriracha, salt and pepper to taste. Adjust as needed.

  • Serve warn tuna on rice, plate with kimchi and seaweed if available

  • Sprinkle sesame seeds and chili flakes on top.
