Windfall cake

Ingredients
2¼ cups self-raising flour
pinch salt
¾ cup margarine
½ cup caster sugar
⅔ cup sultanas
3 cups windfall apples, peeled, cored, diced
2 eggs
castor sugar to dredge
Directions
Mix flour/salt + rub in margarine
Stir in sugar, sultanas + apples
Stir in eggs - do not beat
Bake in cake tin (8-inch) at 180°C for 50 mins
